Bazaar Meat by José Andrés to offer special Truffle Festival menu throughout month of November
LAS VEGAS (Nov. 1, 2021) – Bazaar Meat by José Andrés inside SAHARA Las Vegas announces an all-new umami-centric dining experience with their Truffle Festival menu, available exclusively during the month of November.
Available Tuesday, Nov. 2 through Sunday, Nov. 28, the truffle-filled menu will include Josper grilled King Crab Legs with black garlic and truffle butter ($50); Crispy Pig Cheeks featuring suckling pig cheeks, pickled vegetables, truffle potato espuma and shaved truffle ($35); Baby Burrata with hazelnut praline, truffle shavings, smoked hazelnut, and fried sage ($28); and tableside-shaved Black Burgundy Truffle Supplement ($30 for three grams).
Bazaar Meat by José Andrés is the James Beard award-winning chef’s wild and wonderful celebration of the carnivorous that offers guests a groundbreaking culinary experience.
