Welcome to Zeffer’s, a new café featuring an elevated casual dining experience. Crafted by Chef Lyle Kaku, Executive Chef of SAHARA Las Vegas, the menu offers recognizable breakfast and lunch favorites and staple comfort food dishes, all with a unique twist.
Breakfast dish highlights include classics like the Chicken & Waffle, featuring two-piece wings, bacon-chive waffles, and a house-made spicy maple syrup; the Frosted Flakes French Toast, made with brioche encrusted with frosted flakes, banana and Nutella; and the Dungeness Crab Omelet with west coast crabmeat, Swiss cheese, green onions and chipotle aioli.
Carrying the theme of seasonality and simplicity into the lunch and dinner hours, Zeffer’s will offer a delectable lineup of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and entrees. Signature dishes include the Prosciutto Tartine with multigrain bread, arugula, Reggiano, truffle oil and burrata cheese; the Hot Chicken Sandwich featuring southern fried chicken, Nashville-style sauce, pickles and coleslaw between a brioche bun; and the Zeffer’s Burger made with angus beef, topped with lettuce, tomato and jalapeno-bacon jam in a brioche bun.
In addition to the signature dinner dishes, the café also offers a Chinese menu from 5 – 10 p.m. daily. Highlights include favorites like Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Honey Walnut Prawns, and Wonton Noodle Soup.
