SAHARA Las Vegas unveils mouthwatering Thanksgiving menus and specials

LAS VEGAS (Oct. 20, 2021) – SAHARA Las Vegas is dishing up festive specials at Zeffer’s Café and a special menu at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés this Thanksgiving.

 

Zeffer’s Café 

Guests can devour the Turkey & Waffle special featuring a turkey scramble with cornbread stuffing waffles topped with gravy for $18 all day on Thursday, Nov. 25 and Friday, Nov. 26.

 

Bazaar Meat by José Andrés

For $110 per person, the Thanksgiving Day menu will feature Ferran Adrià Olives featuring green Gordal olives stuffed with piquillo pepper and anchovy; Croquetas de Pavo with turkey-béchamel fritters; Lucia’s Salad, an endive Caesar salad with parmesan, anchovy and air croutons; Green Bean Casserole with wild mushrooms and crispy shallots; creamy Delmonico potatoes with cheddar cheese; spiced cranberries with mandarins and cinnamon; and Butifarra Cornbread Stuffing with piquillo confit. For the main course, guests can choose between the Bill Niman Ranch Heritage Turkey featuring a sous-vide breast, confit leg and traditional gravy; or the Josper-Roasted Monkfish with Mojo Verde. The feast ends on a sweet note with the Pecan Tart, Layered Pumpkin Cake and the Apple Pie Cream Puff. This delectable menu will be available on Thanksgiving Day from 4 to 9 p.m.

 

Zeffer’s Café is open Sunday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
