LAS VEGAS (Sept. 14, 2026) – Balla Italian Soul at SAHARA Las Vegas is giving its Ciao Bella Endless Italian Brunch a fresh update with a selection of new dishes and extended service dates, inviting guests to make Saturday brunch a regular part of their weekend plans through the end of 2026. Ciao Bella Brunch is offered exclusively on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. and reservations can be made online at www.saharalasvegas.com.
Balla’s brunch menu features an expanded lineup of savory and sweet selections, building on the restaurant’s existing offerings with dishes that bring a distinctly Italian-inspired touch to the weekend table. For $55 per person, guests can enjoy a family-style feast of coastal-inspired starters, housemade pastas, elevated brunch classics and indulgent desserts, with bottomless cocktail options available for those looking to make the most of their Saturday brunch experience.
