How is SAHARA Insider different from Infinity Rewards?

SAHARA Insider is our hotel loyalty program where members receive perks at SAHARA Las Vegas just for signing up online!

It complements Infinity Rewards, our gaming loyalty program, where members, through their casino play, can earn and redeem points and/or comps for use at SAHARA Las Vegas and Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) in Reno, Nevada.

Guests can be both an Infinity Rewards member AND a SAHARA Insider!

What happens after I sign up for SAHARA Insider?

After signing up, you will receive an email with instructions to complete your account registration. Please allow a little extra time for your automated email to arrive in your inbox.

If you haven’t received your email after a few minutes, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Once you receive the email, please click on the link in your account registration email to complete setting up your SAHARA Insider account and to unlock your exclusive hotel perks!

Can I see my hotel reservations when I log into SAHARA Insider?

There is a “Manage Hotel Reservation” link in SAHARA Insider where you can enter your hotel reservation number and email address associated with your booking to pull up your stay information.

Please note only hotel bookings made directly on the SAHARA website may be accessed this way. Casino hotel bookings as part of Infinity Rewards offers or special events currently cannot be viewed online. Bookings made via third-parties such as Expedia will not also be viewable through our portal.

What if I would like to change or need help with my hotel booking?

Can I see my Infinity Rewards points and offers when I log into SAHARA Insider?

Do I need to link my Infinity Rewards account with SAHARA Insider?
