OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The “Update to Your Own Unique Email & Win Free Slot Play Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of SAHARA Las Vegas (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
3. ENTRY PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2024, and ends on November 30, 2024 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible for the monthly drawings.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, participants must update their shared email address to a unique, individual email address through the designated form provided by SAHARA Las Vegas. Both individuals previously sharing the same email address will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes upon successful submission and processing of their email updates.
5. PRIZES:
Each month during the Entry Period, five (5) winners will be selected to receive $50 in free slot play, which will be loaded automatically to the winner’s Infinity Rewards account. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Monthly Sweepstakes drawings will be held by the 10th of each month for entries received during the prior month. Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the previous month. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified via email at the new email address provided by the 15th of each month. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, or any other errors or problems related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, liability, or damages resulting from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
9. DISPUTES:
Except where prohibited by law, all entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of the State of Nevada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
